I'll Listen is a peer support platform. Our listeners are trained volunteers, not licensed mental health professionals. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or therapeutic treatment.

Using I'll Listen does not create a patient-provider relationship of any kind.

These services are free, confidential, and staffed by trained crisis counselors.

Platform scope

I'll Listen conversations are peer-to-peer. Seekers speak with trained volunteer listeners. All sessions are moderated for safety; moderators may intervene if a session raises safety concerns.

The platform does not guarantee listener availability at any given time.

Privacy

Accounts are username-based. Real names are not required. We do not sell personal data. Session content is retained only as long as our safety and moderation policies require, then deleted.
